Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the SubGuardian mobile application and website operated by Cruz Enterprises Pty Ltd.

SubGuardian is a subscription tracking and financial awareness tool. It helps you organise information, but it does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

Use of the service

SubGuardian helps users track recurring subscriptions, renewal dates, billing amounts, and related subscription information. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter or import.

Premium subscriptions

SubGuardian may offer optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. Payment is charged through the app store account you use to subscribe, such as your Apple ID account or Google Play account.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off before the end of the current billing period according to the rules of the store where you subscribed. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings after purchase.

Import and export

SubGuardian may allow you to import or export subscription information. You are responsible for reviewing imported data and confirming that it is accurate before relying on it.

User responsibilities

You agree to use SubGuardian lawfully and to maintain accurate subscription information where accuracy matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cruz Enterprises Pty Ltd is not responsible for financial decisions, missed cancellations, renewal charges, or other outcomes resulting from your use of SubGuardian or from inaccurate information entered into the app.

Privacy

Your use of SubGuardian is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of SubGuardian after updates means you accept the updated terms.
