These Terms of Use govern the SubGuardian mobile app and website operated by Cruz Enterprises Pty Ltd.

Using SubGuardian

SubGuardian is a recurring-payment and subscription organisation and planning tool. You are responsible for using it lawfully and for the accuracy of information you enter or import.

Free, accounts, and Premium

You can use SubGuardian Free without an account. A SubGuardian account is required for Premium and account-based Premium services.

Store billing and cancellation

Optional Premium subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and availability are shown by your store and may vary. Manage or cancel Premium through the store where you subscribed. Cancelling Premium is not the same as deleting your SubGuardian account, and deleting the account does not automatically cancel store billing.

Account deletion and Premium recovery

Verified account deletion permanently removes account-linked SubGuardian data, subject to the narrow security retention described in the Privacy Policy. Device-only records and exported files are separate. A securely verified active store purchase may later restore Premium entitlement to a new account, but deleted account data, cloud backups, and account history do not return. See Delete account.

Manual encrypted backup and restore

Eligible Premium users may manually create and restore encrypted cloud backups. This is not automatic or continuous sync. You are responsible for safeguarding your recovery passphrase, reviewing restored information, and keeping any local exports or backup files secure.

Planning information, not bank-confirmed transactions

Amounts, dates, forecasts, reminders, and records in SubGuardian are based on information you provide or import. They are planning information, not proof of a bank transaction. Verify important details with the relevant provider, store, or financial institution.

Third-party subscriptions

SubGuardian does not itself cancel third-party subscriptions or provider charges. You remain responsible for managing, cancelling, and paying each third-party service directly. We do not guarantee provider billing dates, renewals, cancellations, refunds, or decisions.

Availability and responsibility notice

Reminders and features may be affected by incorrect data, disabled notifications, device settings, store availability, or service interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Cruz Enterprises Pty Ltd is not responsible for decisions or losses caused by relying on incomplete or inaccurate user-provided information. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and platform terms

Use of SubGuardian is also covered by the Privacy Policy. Apple App Store or Google Play terms may also apply to installation, purchases, and subscriptions.
